Ok so when I first took them out of the box and fully opened them, I'm not going to lie, I was disappointed that they weren't as big as I was hoping for. However, after actually using them, I discovered that they can carry SOO MUCH! I was able to put a weeks worth of groceries for a family of 5 in both bags! Plus I love how long the straps are, it happened to be raining that day and the long straps made it so much easier to slip on my shoulders to avoid them getting wet! I just love them so much plus I got compliments on nearly each section I was in at the grocery store!

This is my 2nd set of these. They are perfect!!! They collapse taking up very little space. They are nicely made and pretty heavy duty. They have two different ways to hold them making it a snap for light or heavy items. They fit in a grocery basket great so it makes sorting your items a little nicer. Run them through check out and then just put them right back in the same order. I am a penny pincher and I believe these are worth every cent.

have recently started working as a cashier where I am also bagging groceries when I don't have a bagger. I purchased these shopping boxes and got rid of all of my floppy fabric bags after having to deal with floppy bags all day. I have come to HATE the floppy bags! Doesn't matter what they are made of....if they are floppy I HATE them!!! You have to fight those freakin' floppy bags just to get the groceries bagged and when you pick them up...everything shifts around. What a pain in the 'you know what' !!! These shopping boxes are GREAT...they stay upright, hold as much as a full size paper bag (if not more), when you pick it up everything stays where you bagged it, they don't tip over in the trunk and when you're not using them they store so much more neatly in the trunk!! The baggers I've surveyed prefer the shopping boxes to floppy fabric bags everytime. ANY SHOPPING BOX IS PREFERABLE TO THE FLOPPY BAGS!! The only downside to these is that you can't throw them in the washer (wipe down with a cloth dampened with sanitizer only) but this really shouldn't matter....you'd be surprised how many people never wash their floppy fabric bags anyway....yuk...gross!!!

I hate plastic bags because grocery stores tend to put two or three items in bags and I am left trying to reuse 10-15 bags after one shopping trip. Over the past two years I have been using reusable bags from Whole Foods. I love the Whole Foods bags (I get so many comments on the durability and their attractiveness) however the bags never stay open and store clerks give me the stink eye when having to use them. These bags are awesome because they stay open and I can use them like a crate. You can literally throw the food in the bags and just pile in the groceries. The bags hold a lot and clerks love that it stays open and its easy to load. No more angry looks when I bring my own bags. The only thing I haven't figured out is the cleaning the bags. I don't think they can be thrown in the washer because of the sides which I assume are cardboard. I am spot cleaning them only at the moment.

I love these reusable totes! Their hard bottom and rigid shape when open are extremely convenient. Three of them will cover the space of a large shopping cart (like the kind at an American Walmart) with room for a 12 pack and another bag on the side. I have an insulated bag on the side in the picture. I didn’t think these would hold as much as they do, but when you pack them right, they fit plenty! They also minimize the trips from car to home when you’re unloading your vehicle, which is especially nice if you live upstairs. They fold up flat and are easy to stow in the car. The side handles are also convenient, but I use the shoulder straps too. The should straps are big enough to get more than one tote on one arm and not be uncomfortable. I definitely recommend these. I won’t go back to formless, soft shopping bags. These rigid totes are much more convenient.

Ok, so for convenience and the benefits of going Green I bought reusable shopping bags. That works out pretty good. And then I ran across these reusable shopping boxes! They worked out so well that I had to buy another set!! Now my reusable shopping bags are taking a backseat to these reusable shopping boxes! I bought this particular one because of the quality of my Earthwise reusable shopping bags and definitely because they have handles on the sides! The handles are definitely a must as this feature makes loading full and sometimes heavy boxes into my car a breeze!! Now my wife won't use anything else when shopping at COSTO or Whole Foods or Sprouts!

these are just as roomy as stand up grocery bags but they are on their side which makes it easier to see what is inside when it's time to unload. And the bags have two types of handles, long and short so you can choose to carry either way to save your back. My husband was skeptical at first but even he was won over when he saw how quickly I was able to unpack the bags at home. No more rooting around to see what is in each bag. Three fit easily in the bottom of the shopping cart and they do stack so put the heavier items on the bottom and lighter bags on top. I also purchased the Earthwise insulated and they keep my cooler items cold. I am happy with my purchase. These hold quite a lot.

Love them! I was able to sort my groceries while I shopped. I also bought the cold storage ones and it fits a gallon of milk and then some in one tote (I added more in the tote than what is in the picture.) I did buy the bundle and had plenty of totes for my large shopping trip. I would like to see how sturdy the fabric is, was thinking it would seem thicker but in due time I'll update the review.

These bags are very sturdy and can hold a lot of weight. They fold flat yet quickly assemble to use. They have a sturdy bottom liner that folds up with bag. You place the liner on the bottom once you open the bag up to use it. I have carried heavy items in the bags with no issues at all. The bags aren't as tall as other reusable grocery bags but you wouldn't want them to be since they are more designed for heavier items. I like to use these for bulky items like milks, yogurts, canned cat food cases, laundry detergents, etc. They remain stable and distribute the weight of items being carried much easier than other bags. Its like having those canvas storage cubes with handles on them. That's basically what these are but a little thicker. I do feel they are a bit overpriced considering you only get two bags with the order. Not sure if I would ever want to buy more than the two I own but I do love them and use them. I have other bags from this brand that I purchased and I am using those for other purposes right now and I absolutely love the other bags. They however don't hold a lot of weight like these. This was the other ones I purchased. Earthwise Reusable Shopping Tote Bag (4 Pack) I think the other bags are more fairly priced considering you actually get four bags with that order.

I bought these after seeing that the maker had improved on the originals. I have a set of earlier ones, that I like a lot, except the handles are not particularly good. The boxes are of a size that they are easily overloaded beyond the capacity of the handles. These new ones have the handles riveted as well as sewn to the sides- and have 'helper handles' on the folding sides I think they will work better.
